Former Secretary of State, Madeleine K. Albright criticizes the world for not taking proper action in Darfur, Sudan.

Albright says the genocide in Sudan can only be stop by military force. She says the world is doing just enough to say that the do something when they in fact are doing next to nothing. Albright says that calling something genocide is not enough, real action is needed. (1:43)
