Ellen Ratner asks Congressman John Conyers (D-MI) how widespread corruption is in Haiti now compared to when Aristide was in power.
Rep. Conyers says the situation in Haiti is dangerous because rebels have had time to rearm themselves and also are receiving back pay in U.S. money from their battles with Aristide when he disarmed the Haitian military. (:32)
