Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld defends the success of the new Iraqi government

At a Pentagon press briefing, Defense Secretary Rumsfeld was asked, why the Iraqi government has so many difficulties in establishing itself. Rumsfeld defends the process referring to the fact that the Iraqi people and authorities have suffered such a long time in a dictatorship regime. (1:01)
