Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld defends the prosecution procedures in Guantanamo Bay
At a Pentagon press briefing, Defense Secretary Rumsfeld references several wars in history where enemies were imprisoned for the duration of a conflict. At the same time, he underscores that Guantanamo detainees can now defend themselves through legal means. (1:22)
