Ambassador Richard S. Williamson, U.S. Rep. to the U.N. Commission on Human Rights 2004 speaking about the problems with the U.N. Security Council.
Williamson says the biggest problem with the Security Council is that it does not represent the power distribution in the real world. The willingness among the member nations is the most important factor to stop genocide in Darfur. He urged the member nations to take more responsibility instead of only looking after their economic interests. (2:00)
