State of the Union Address: Rep.Tim Ryan (D-OH) criticizes President Bush’s social security plan.
Rep.Tim Ryan (D-OH) states that the current social security program will be fine on a very conservative estimate of economic growth until 2042 and that the State of the Union was a misrepresentation of the truth. Then he claims that the President should increase the size of Pell Grants rather than privatize social security if Bush really wants to help college students.(:48)
