Rep. Eleanor Holmes-Norton (D-DC) says that she welcomes Laura’s leadership, helping the president move forward against gang violence. Then she claims, that what really needed is funding, rather than the First Lady to be dedicated to taking alienated children from the street when they fight against each other.(:34)
