State of the Union Address: Congressman Trent Franks (R-AZ) agrees with President Bush’s plan to save social security.

Congressman Trent Franks (R-AZ) says that Bush’s plan is forthright and honest. He agrees that social security will be saved in the long run. It will allow greater flexibility for younger people and also guarantee that present recipients will not be affected negatively by these plans. (:32)
