Senators John McCain (R-AZ) and Joseph I. Lieberman (D-CT) responding to a question on the two Alaskan Senators that opposed past global warming bills and responding to a comment that the further North you go the more effects you see on global warming.
Senator McCain say how he spoke with the two Alaskan Senators (Senator Ted Stevens (R-AK) and Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK)) and he says that they have concerns about the Alaskan natives. He goes on to say that you can see the effects of global warming in the south west that is in a drought for the past 7 years, and Senator Lieberman adds that you can see Robins lingering longer into the winter.
