Senator Schumer (D-NY) on the new budget: The President’s top two priorities are not in the budget

Senator Schumer (D-NY) critizes the new budget saying neither the
permanent taxcuts nor the social security fix is visible in the new
budget. Both will not take effect during the second term, Schumer
argues, "that’s the only way he can promise to cut the deficit in
