Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) calls the "Health Care that Works for All Americans" reform provision "a radical break from sixty years of failed health care policy."
Sen. Wyden says with the proposed health care reform will come the end to the confusion of the American people of health care legislation and the bickering among special interest groups that kills the proposals. (:48)
