Senator Norm Coleman (R-MN) talks about the U.N. Oil-for-Food Program and how it did not hamper the Saddam regime.
Senator Coleman states that the U.N. Oil-for-Food Program let Saddam Hussein smuggle Iraqi oil in opposition of U.N. sanctions and allowed him to amass a greater amount of illicit funds. Also, he says that members of the United Nations Security Council were aware of Iraqi oil being exported.(:45)
