Senator Lieberman (D-CT) argues for an increase in military survivors benefits

The Senate Armed Service Committee on Military Survivors Benefits discussed family compensation increases. Lieberman quoted Teddy Roosevelt in his strong effort for an increase saying that a man who is good enough to shed blood for his country, is good enough to be given a square deal afterwards.(1:03)
