Senator John McCain (R-AZ) asks General Peter Schoomaker, Chief of Staff, U.S. Army, if he thinks the levels of the army reserves are at a "breaking point."
Sen. McCain asks if the reserves are indeed at a "breaking point" due to their high levels of deployment. Gen. Schoomaker says that there is no emergency but they are in need of "major fixes" in regards to how they are managed. (:30)
