Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) expresses his shock in the government allowing contracting abuses in Iraq to have gone on for so long.
Sen. Reid first says that he is disappointed that today’s Democratic Policy Committee hearing on contracting abuses in Iraq had to be held in the first place and refers to the contracting abuses as, "a scandal" and predicts, "this is just the tip of the iceberg." (:28)
