Dianne Wilkerson (D-Mass) believes that in order for the Democratic Party to get to the White House there needs to be more focus on gaining victories on the state and local levels. More emphasis should be placed on governorship and the Secretary of State’s position for the Democrats to be successful, and that is what Howard Dean is about. (:27)
