Senator Carl Levin (D-MI) says that the failures to include known costs into the defense budget give an inaccurate picture of the costs for the military in 2006.

Sen. Levin gives two examples—the end strength of the Army and Marines and the cost of adding more unmanned Predator surveillance vehicles—as items overlooked in the 2006 defense budget and thus shorts the actual costs for the military. (:35)
