Senator Arlen Specter (R-PA) comments on the issue of Social Security.
Senator Specter says that people have different concerns on the Social Security issue depending on their age. He claims that he would oppose the cut in benefits. But Specter says that in order to make a proper evaluation he would have to see the President¡¯s Social Security plan.(:36)
