Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Jim Nicholson, talks about the Fiscal Year 2006 Budget for Department of Veterans Affairs.
Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Nicholson claims that America values its war veterans, in the same way as America values freedom, justice, and equality. Also, he says that since Bush had made a commitment to the nation’s veterans over the past 4 years, his budget proposal this year is in line with previous commitments to veterans. (1:05)
