Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice talks about the Israel Palestine issue.

Rice states that Europe and America share a similar view on the need for peace between Israel and Palestine. She claims that the leaders of both Israel and Palestine sense the new opportunity for peace. Rice believes this is exemplified in the withdrawal of Israeli troops from Gaza and the West Bank.
