Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice talks about President Bush’s remarks at his State of the Union address on the relationship between America and freedom.
Rice re-iterates that President Bush’s remark that America will stand for those who wish for freedom does not mean that the U.S. wants to impose democracy on other countries. She argues that democracy doesn’t need to be imposed because people want it. She also states that America is not going to go around deposing tyrants. (:42)
