Secretary Leavitt states that Americans enjoy access to the finest healthcare in the world. However, the challenge is to continue making healthcare affordable and to assure that everyone has access. Leavitt says that the President’s budget provides a great opportunity to do this by allowing $140 billion in new spending to help 12-14 million Americans find healthcare insurance. (:47)
