Robert Greenstein on cuts in low income programs
Robert Greenstein, Director of Center of Budget and Policy Priorities, discusses how the budget is now out, and that less than half of the cuts are from low income programs. He goes on to say that these cuts will get larger as they move though Congress. (:55)
