Rep. Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ) claims the importance of comprehensive sex education at the "Responsible Education About Life" (REAL) Act Press Conference
Rep. Lautenberg claims that it’s time to introduce comprehensive sex education by pointing out the lack of mentioning about STDs in current education and the existence of many daycare centers at high schools, which are for students’ children and not teachers’.(:42)
