Rep. Cleaver from Missouri speaks on the Iraq war and of his belief that the administration cannot expect other countries to rally around America now. He also discusses a comment the President made directly to the Iranian people and of his hope that Iran does not interpret this as a threat. He finally speaks of his fear of the build up of nuclear weapons due to a belief in certain countries that nuclear weapons are the only way to protect ones sovereignty against America. (1:20)
