Rajiv Chandrasekaran of the Washington Post says Iraqis are more likely to hold Americans responsible for insurgent attacks that result in Iraqi casualties than the insurgents themselves.

Chandrasekaran responds to a question about whether or not Iraqi citizens resent insurgents for attacks that claim more Iraqi lives than American. He explains that Iraqis believe American troops are to blame for Iraqi casualties in insurgent attacks because were it not for their presence those attacks would never take place. (:37)
