President Gorge Bush talks about the reform needed to in tax spending taxpayers’ money
President Bush claims that mandatory program formula need to be reformed in order to save the tax payers’ money, by using the example of current excessive subsidy for farmers. He also says that those who spend tax payer’s money ought to spend it wisely to earn the trust of American people.(:58)
