President George Bush talks about the reform in tax code.

President Bush claims that current complex tax code needs to be reformed in order to have a pro-growth economy. He says that he will receive recommendations from the bipartisan commission, led by former Senators John Breaux, Democrat, and Connie Mack, Republican and will work with the Congress to deliver a tax code that is pro-growth, easy to understand, and fair to everyone.
