Outgoing Chairman of the Democratic National Committee Terry McAuliffe discusses the issues ahead for the incoming Chairman of the DNC.

Terry McAuliffe states that it is the Chairman’s job to represent everyone and not to push the party one-way or other. Also he says that the party is doing great financially out raising the RNC for the first time, and this will allow the new chair to build up the party and go against the Republicans. (1:44)
