Outgoing chairman of Democratic National Committee Terry McAuliffe criticizes President Bush’s social security plan
Terry McAuliffe claims that the President’s social security plan needs 2 trillion dollars from foreign countries as transition costs and benefits would be cut up to 40% to American retirees. Though President Bush made it sound like the social security reforms wouldn’t need any cutting of benefit or borrowing any money at State of the Union. (:30)
