Optimistic but careful mood at the Nato summit in Brussels
Talk Radio News Service’s Victoria Jones reports an optimistic atmosphere from the Nato summit. She calls Europe pragmatic, and feels the willingness to move forward on the Iraq issue, on all sides. Victoria also refers to sanction talks about China, a topic which came up yesterday night at a meeting with French President Chirac. (1:20)
