Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-TN) on the U.S. independence on foreign sources of oil
Bill Frist says that he cannot understand why the United States is 60% dependent on foreign sources of oil. He says that the U.S. needs to look for alternative energy sources such as clean coal and nuclear power. (:38)
