Karl Rove, Deputy Chief of Staff defends President Bush’s plan to build an ownership society

According to Rove, Bush stands for the championship of the culture of life and defends the institution of marriage. He also stands behind the people of Iraq on their passage to liberty, and vows to win the war on terror. Rove points out that Bush is the first president to win the majority popular vote since 1988.
