Jen Beeson, the director of public policy, coalition on Human Needs speaks on the proposed Budget Process Rules.
According to Jen Beeson the ability of the federal government to care for the nation’s most vulnerable communities, particularly through periods of economic downturns would be severely restricted by changes in Budget Process Rules. She asks that the administration not attempt to deal with the budget deficit by cutting vital assistance to low income workers. (1:28)
