Governor Bill Richardson of New Mexico says the President’s budget is working against the states.
Richardson discusssed working for the American People. He also talks about how the President’s budget is against the states and doesn’t work with them. There is a clear signal to not pass the blame. He wants the President to work with the statics not against them.
