Governor Bill Richardson of New Mexico promises to take better care of troops and their families.
Richardson says that there will be a 250 thousand dollar life policy for all troops and that 21 states will be following this lead including Governor Brian Schweitzer of Montana. He explains the President needs to act more for the troops and that congress needs to act.
