Henry Kissinger talks about three points that have changed the Middle East peace process; the re-election of President Bush, the death of President Arafat and the new commitment by Prime Minister Sharon. These factors, he feels, have made way for changes in the views of the Palestinian people to move forward and for the United States with moderate European countries to think of a new process that can work for all sides.
