First Lady Laura Bush at the Community College National Legislative Summit talks about how children are growing up in single parent homes and to many boys are growing up without fathers.

Laura Bush talks about how coaches and male teachers make great role models for boys and that men and minorities must be encouraged to become teachers. She goes on to say that over the next decade we need 2 million new teachers in public schools and she encourages all Community Colleges to look for ways to expand and diversify the teaching force.(1:00)
