Elisa Massimino, Washington Director of Human Rights Firsts, comments on the International Criminal Court and Darfur.
Elisa Massimino states that although the International Criminal Court is not a solution to the genocide in Darfur, it should still be used to hear genocide cases. According to Massimino, it is the intention of the design of the ICC to step in and aid those countries that lack the capabilities to deal with such issues. (:53)
