Dr. Mokhtar Benabdallaoui, head of the Departement of Philosophy at Hassan II University in Casablanca speaking on elections in Iraq and how they are affecting Iran.
Dr. Mokhtar Benabdallaoui through a translator tells the people at the Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty press conference saying that the elections in Iraq are a message to Iran. Iran has elections but the religious leaders are higher then the elections and Iran must develop and political system without these leaders.
