DNC Member Richard Burney (D-Arizona) believes that arrogance is the downfall of the Democratic Party.
Richard Burney believes the Democratic Party needs to be more responsive to parts of the public who are interested in politics on all levels. The Republican Party has become just as effective at responding to the public needs, where as the Democrats express arrogance which is a critical downfall that inhibits their success. (:57)
