Congressman Mark Foley’s (R – Florida) reaction to President Bush’s State of the Union address.

Congressman Foley called President Bush’s address a "home run" and described the most touching moment of the speech as being when the President recognized the family of a fallen marine. The moment brought tears to both the President’s and Foley’s eyes. The congressman also praised the President for what he termed to be the most ambitious agenda he has heard throughout his ten years in Congress.(0:27)
