AARP CEO, Bill Novelli, talks about how to reinvent our systems to better fit the aging population.
He says that changes in demographics happen, just as they did after WWII with the baby boomers. He questions, "Did we say we couldn’t afford the baby boom?" He replies, "We did the necessary changes and that made us the greatest nation in the world." (1:22)
