The introduction of the Unborn Child Pain Awareness Act buttresses the ideals of pro-life supporters.
The Unborn Child Pain Awareness Act requires abortion providers to
relinquish information to mothers past 20 weeks of pregnancy regarding
pain the child will feel when aborted. The mothers can opt to provide the
child with pain medication through signed consent. (:35)
