Re-iterating the tax breaks offered to those who donate money to the disaster relief fund, President Bush directs the public towards the USAID website and supports further donations to help the victims of Southeast Asia’s recent disaster. He reminds the American people to continue the aid they are currently donating in this crisis. (:31)
