President Bush confirms the experience that USAID has in over 100 countries and reflects on the future tasks before them as the scrutiny in Southeast Asia subsides. He affirms the need for long-term commitment in the region and thanks USAID for its lead in government tasks of development and reconstruction over the years. (1:23)
