Lance Armstrong discusses the role of a healthy lifestyle in early cancer detection

Armstrong warns that the next American Tour de France champion might be a long time coming if American youths do not improve their lifestyle. Armstrong also tells Americans that those who exercise regularly and eat well will have a better chance of detecting cancer early. (:39)
