Joshua Bolten on the growing costs of unfunded obligations of Social Security
Bolten, the Office of Management and Budget Director, said today that the Social Security Trustees say the system already owes $10 trillion more than it can afford to pay and that debt will increase by $600 billion this year and continue to grow if a solution is not found. (:28)
