Former Representative Barbara Kennelly, president of National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare, speaks about Bush`s plan to dismantle Social Security.
Kennelly is critical of President Bush, claiming that he has been long in rhetoric and short on details in regards to his plans for Social Security. She claims that the Bush Administration will shred away Social Security for Wall Street accounts. (:48)
