Elena V. Rios addresses various steps needed to improve the health care system for minorities.
Dr. Rios, of the Commission to End Health Care Disparities, believes that improving the health care system will provide patient safety, improve community health and better the efficiency of the system. The steps addressed will improve the doctor-patient relationship which will benefit the health care system. (:17)
